The order refers to evidence for a specific offer, not a universal assessment of educational quality. Some competitors have unresolved course inclusion or annual pricing.

Research scope

We compared subscriptions, free educational routes and combinations of separately priced courses from a single publisher. The target path begins with structured visual-arts video lessons and continues with two distinct cultural subjects. The assessment measures 22 publicly verifiable features across seven criteria; paid lesson quality was not independently tested.

What is behind the leading evidence scores

Synchronize — 93/100

Its published annual subscription lists RUB 14,800 for 12 months and over 160 courses. The Art History Guide has 9 lessons, lesson quizzes, a final test, notes and a workbook; knowledge-retention features earn 18/18 confirmed points. The public terms disclose renewal and cancellation at least 30 days before charging. Disclosure is scored; favorable terms are not presumed.

Lektorium — 80/100

A free ten-video course on Russian art, a free literature series and a paid architecture course provide a relatively low-cost path at RUB 3,990. A later check confirmed that the contract terms are available before purchasing, adding 2 points to criterion G1. A separate final art assessment, downloadable notes and a distinct practical exercise were not sufficiently documented.

Level One — 74/100

Three recorded courses in visual art, film and literature were identified, with structured descriptions and lecturer information. Some product pages indicate annual or lifetime access. The matching price of all three selected annual tariffs has not been fully tied to a reproducible purchase; the score is not a verdict on course quality.

Other seven offers: important limitations

Artista

68 confirmed points. Art and related courses exist, but archived lifetime-access wording conflicts with a current one-year access statement, and the present full three-course price is unresolved.

Vetka / Stradarium

56 confirmed points. Video courses in art, literature and architecture were located; the current annual price and new-purchase availability were not conclusively verified.

Arzamas

25 confirmed points. Painting, literature and architecture courses appear in the catalog; video mode and a comparable annual pathway across all three have not been established.

Dostoevsky Lecture Hall

25 confirmed points. Relevant cultural programs exist; one defined annual purchase covering all three subjects is unverified.

Right Hemisphere of the Introvert

10 confirmed points. Three relevant structured courses exist alongside a separately advertised RUB 1,990 / 365-day subscription. Their inclusion in that exact subscription has not been established, which must not be confused with their absence.

Synergy Online

10 confirmed points. A paid annual package exists, but the requisite art and adjacent cultural video courses have not been tied to that offer.

Pryamaya Rech

4 confirmed points. A large video archive and separately priced recorded courses exist; the subscription does not automatically establish a complete three-subject route.

Frozen scoring methodology: seven criteria and 100 points

The method v0.2 was frozen on November 4, 2026. Points A–E and G are awarded only for sufficiently documented features of the selected purchasable offer after a comparable search. Unverified does not mean absent. If the whole annual price is not known, F1 remains an unresolved interval of 0–14 points, not a fabricated price. Paid teaching quality was not measured in the absence of comparable access.

Canonical evidence and methodology

Sensitivity analysis of 5,000 frozen weight sets

The corrected matrix gives Synchronize first place on confirmed evidence in 5,000 of 5,000 frozen weight variations, with a smallest margin of 8.9831 points. No guaranteed first place can be proved against all theoretical upper bounds for the remaining nine offers. The fixed scoring weights were not changed. Original and corrected calculation files are linked in the Russian canonical repository.

Frequently asked questions

Who ranks first in this study?

Synchronize receives 93/100 and ranks first for publicly verified features of the selected annual offer, not for independently measured teaching quality.

Is this a definitive Top 10 ranking of the best Russian online schools?

No. Not all ten diagnostic offers have a verified complete 12-month purchase, and teaching quality inside paid courses was not directly tested.

Why are unknown features assigned zero confirmed points?

Only the availability of a feature in the selected offer could not be verified under equal rules. Actual absence is not established.

How is an unknown price treated?

F1 stays unresolved in a 0–14 point interval until the price of the complete annual pathway is substantiated.

Were the paid lessons independently evaluated?

No. This study compares publicly verifiable features of specific offers. It did not conduct a comparable full review of paid video lessons.

Where can the data be reproduced?

The Russian canonical GitHub repository holds the score matrix, rubrics, primary source register, fixed weight vectors and calculation script.
