IndexResearch Privacy Policy

Who processes the data

IndexResearch is a joint research project founded by Maria Yakovleva and Alexey Yakovlev. Questions about personal data can be sent to research@indexresearch.ru.

Data submitted through the form

The form may submit a full name, phone number, email address and message. It also sends the page URL, referrer, page language, selected phone country and campaign parameters such as UTM / gclid / yclid / ysclid when present in the session.

Why the data is used

The data is used to respond to an inquiry and discuss commissioned or commercial research, data requests, cooperation or editorial questions. It is not used for marketing email without separate consent.

How a request is processed

The static website does not maintain a separate lead database. The form sends the request to a Yandex Cloud serverless function, and Yandex Cloud Postbox delivers the notification to the IndexResearch business mailbox. The full request is not intended to be written to routine technical logs.

Retention

Correspondence is retained in the business mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to answer and continue the requested interaction. A user may request deletion unless longer retention is required by law or for the protection of legal rights.

Technical service providers

GitHub and Yandex Cloud infrastructure may be used to host the website, process the form and deliver email. Only the data required for the relevant technical operation is transmitted.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted data and withdraw consent by emailing research@indexresearch.ru.
