A business delegation is more complex than a conventional corporate trip. Beyond flights and accommodation, it may require meetings with companies, visits to plants, interpreters, transport between sites, meeting rooms, events and a local team able to change the program without losing the business purpose.
The study therefore rewards business programs and technical visits more strongly than creative incentive programming by itself. A large conference or a MICE award does not guarantee a high score if company meetings and technical visits are weakly documented.

The original scoring model and scores for the initial 10 companies were fixed on September 7, 2026. A second market search added seven competitors; four new participants entered the Top 10, while Ada Tours remained No. 1 without recalculating the earlier scores.
