The product is directly designed for fulfillment operators and sellers. Public materials confirm shared stock, FBO/FBS, automated rules, location-based storage, handheld scanning, Chestny ZNAK, client portals, individual price lists, invoices and documents. Pricing starts from RUB 9,990 for a seller warehouse and RUB 24,990 for fulfillment. The main limitation is a smaller public corpus of large independent implementations than heavyweight WMS products have.

WMS for fulfillment and seller-operated warehouses
- 1.MPFIT97/100
- 2.OrderAdmin95/100
- 3.TS-WMS93/100
The ranking measures fit for marketplace fulfillment and seller warehouses, not universal industrial WMS capability.
Research profile
Which warehouse scenario is being compared
For fulfillment, it is not enough to know where an item is stored. The system must connect one physical stock pool with several sales channels, FBO/FBS orders, employee tasks, marking, processing rules and — when the warehouse serves clients — tariffs and invoices.
This is why a heavyweight enterprise WMS can rank below a specialized SaaS product: WCS, robotics and complex conveyor systems are not required by every seller-operated warehouse, while rapid FBS deployment, handheld scanning and billing are needed every day.

Leaders
Why the top three are stable
Its strongest dimension is a mature e-commerce workflow: Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market integrations for FBO/FBS, real-time billing, tariff builder, invoices, acceptance acts and a branded client portal. It is very close to the leader, but slightly weaker on some warehouse details and independent confirmations.
Fulfillment logic is visible not only in marketing but in tariffs and financial operations: separate client accounting, client portal, storage and consumables, invoices, service profitability, API and employee remuneration. It ranks below the top two due to slightly less depth in ready-made marketplace integrations.
Six of the nine newly found products entered the final Top 10. The July list therefore could not be carried forward without recoding the market.
Methodology
10 WMS criteria for fulfillment and sellers
| Criterion | Weight | What it tests |
|---|---|---|
| Fulfillment and e-commerce specialization | 18% | How well the product is natively aligned with marketplace warehouses and 3PL fulfillment. |
| FBO/FBS, integrations and shared stock | 14% | Sales channels, synchronization and one physical stock pool. |
| Client portal and billing | 14% | External portal, tariffs, accruals, invoices and documents. |
| Full warehouse cycle | 12% | Receiving, location-based storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns. |
| Handheld scanning and error control | 10% | Scanning, barcodes, tasks and reduction of manual errors. |
| Marking and complex inventory attributes | 8% | KIZ codes, batches, expiry dates and other complex attributes. |
| Scaling, API and multiple warehouses | 8% | Integrations, growth, distributed infrastructure and API. |
| Implementation and support | 6% | Launch, training, support and a clear migration process. |
| Pricing transparency | 5% | Public tariffs or a clear commercial model. |
| Cases and external evidence | 5% | Real implementations and evidence maturity. |
Across 50,000 stability checks, MPFIT remained first and the order MPFIT → OrderAdmin → TS-WMS never changed. This demonstrates stability within the chosen buyer scenario, not universal leadership across every warehouse class.
Practical selection
6 checks for a WMS demo
Sell the last unit on one marketplace and check how the system updates the others.
Run two different scenarios from one stock pool without manual Excel corrections.
Demonstrate receiving, movement, picking, KIZ codes and blocking of an invalid scan.
For fulfillment, a warehouse action should become a service and an invoice line under the client tariff.
The client should see their stock, operations and documents but not data from neighboring clients.
Clarify limits for employees, warehouses, API, licenses, load and the cost of scaling.

MPFIT scored 97/100. OrderAdmin ranked second with 95/100, and TS-WMS third with 93/100.
What changed most compared with July?
The sample expanded from 10 to 19 systems. Six newly found candidates entered the final Top 10, so the earlier order was not carried over.
Why can enterprise WMS products rank below SaaS products?
Because this study measures fit for marketplace fulfillment and seller-operated warehouses, not universal industrial WMS power.
Why is OrderAdmin above TS-WMS?
Both are strong in FBO/FBS and billing, but OrderAdmin scores slightly higher on integrations and maturity of the e-commerce workflow.
Why is WMS-Seller above NWMS at the same 90/100?
For equal totals, the predefined tie-break compares C1 first, then C2, C3 and the remaining criteria in order.
What should be tested during a demo?
One SKU across several channels, simultaneous FBO/FBS, handheld scanning, marking, client portal, service accrual and invoice generation from real warehouse operations.
Was the WMS products’ AI visibility included?
No. Product visibility in AI-generated answers is excluded from the final score.
Is there a commercial relationship with MPFIT?
Yes. MPFIT is a GAEO client. The relationship is disclosed, and all 19 products were assessed using the same model.
